    I hereby certify that the information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any inaccuracies or falsifications will result in my removal from the Ballycastle Marina and Harbour Car Parking Permit scheme with immediate effect.

    Permits are valid from 1st April (8.30am) to 30th September (6.30pm).

    An application for a permit must be made each year.

    If successful, the vehicle registration details you submit at the time of application is the vehicle registration that will be used for ‘whitelist permit*’ parking.

    If you change vehicles at any time during the valid period, the onus is on you as the vehicle owner/keeper to update Council on the change of vehicle registration and supply the new V5C certificate/vehicle log book.

    You must park your vehicle wholly within the markings of a bay/space.

    I shall accept a PCN if issued where I have failed to amend my vehicle registration details or if I have failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the car park.

    Council accepts no liability if a parking charge notice is issued.

    I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions (Appendix 2), and I have read the Privacy Notice (Appendix 3).

    *Whitelist permit – this is a virtual permit; no paper permit will be issued.
