Do you have current and appropriate insurance cover in place to cover the vehicle/trailer that you will be trading from?

Please note that in the event of obtaining a licence to trade you must also provide public liability insurance for the sum of 10million pounds.

The information I provide will be used by Council departments to support the auction process. This will include the provision of my name and email to the auctioneer.
That if I am the winning bidder and secure a licence to trade I am entering into a contract with Council and my information will be held for the duration of the licence and one month proceeding the end of licence.
The information I provide will be held and retained in line with Councils GDPR policy and used solely for auction and licence purposes.
